Reginald Pimble born 1888 in Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire

Some little time ago I received an email from Paul Nixon with reference to Reginald PIMBLE who was injured in the First World War. Paul was, and is, researching the background to Hickwells and Beechlands in Chailey Parish used as convalecent homes during 1914-1918 and also the men and women who were present.

I was able to provide a litle background information about Reginald but this was before I came to be in contact with his surviving daughter Kathleen Isabella still living in Gloucester.

Its a fascinating story, visit Chailey 1914-1918 for more information.

Follow this link to read the specific entry for Reginald.
